Our law practise was established by Late Shri R.K. Malik in 1965—one of the earliest special public prosecutors for the Enforcement Directorate, and Additional Standing Counsel for NDMC at the Delhi High Court. His legacy continues through:

• Mr. V.K. Malik, Senior Partner, with 45+ years of litigation experience across civil, criminal, and constitutional law. Former Additional Public Prosecutor (Delhi Police) and Special Prosecutor for the CBI, Mr. Malik has also served as an Arbitrator at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (2019–2021).
• Mr. Rahul Malik, the third-generation legal counsel, brings contemporary perspective with experience in infrastructure law, energy projects, and trial strategy. He has worked in the chambers of the Additional Solicitor General of India, and supported high-stakes litigation and beyond.
